Active Participation

Active participants (presenters) whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the conference should register at the registration form below. Registrations are open from 1 May 2026 till 14 September 2026.
The registration fee for active participation must be paid by each active participant and by any co-author who wishes to receive a certificate of participation (even if they do not attend the conference in person).

*Participants who have permanent residence in lower-income countries are eligible for reduced fee. For low-income countries, refer to DAC list of ODA recipients.
**Students who have permanent residence in lower-income countries and students who are members of RnPaM are eligible for reduced fee. For low-income countries, refer to the DAC list of ODA recipients.

***Students enrolled at the University of Ljubljana, the Academy of Music, or the Faculty of Arts may participate free of charge.

Passive Participation

Regular (on-site, with conference materials & certificate of attendance): 115 EUR; registration for passive participants is open until 10 October 2026. Payment options: bank transfer.
Attendance on-site without conference materials & without a certificate of attendance / online attendance (no certificate of attendance available): 50 EUR
